All participants must be in Los Mochis on May 23, 2024. You can also arrive a day before to get you settled. A driver will pick you up at the airport and bring you to our hotel. Note that flights to Los Mochis are not included in the tour cost but we can help you find the best deal!
🗺️ Topolabampo Tour
Topolobampo is a port city located in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico. It has a unique historical significance. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, it was the site of an experimental utopian socialist community, founded by American industrialist Albert K. Owen.
🚌 Head to El Fuerte (by van)
From Topolabampo, we will drive to El Fuerte where we will stay the night. The van trip is about 2 hours.

El Fuerte to Bahuichivo and Cerocahui
🚂 Train from El Fuerte to Bahuichivo
After breakfast at the hotel, we will head to the train station and travel to Bahuichivo. The El Chepe train journey for this route is about 4 hours. We are scheduled to arrive at Bahuichivo around 2:25 PM (departure at 10:20 AM).
🍷 Cerocahui Wine Tour
From Bahuichivo station, we will have a 40-min drive to Cerocahui, the wine capital of Chihuahua. There, we will have lunch and an extensive wine tasting. We will also visit some vineyards.

After the wine tour, we will check-in our hotel in Bahuichivo. Dinner will be served but alcoholic drinks are not included in the dinner.
Bahuichivo/Cerocahui to Divisadero/Copper Canyon
🚌 Travel to Divisadero
After breakfast at the hotel, we will have an hour transfer to Divisadero where the Copper Canyon is located. The trip is about 1 hour by van.
⛰️ Visit to the Cerocahui Waterfall and Cerro del Gallego Viewpoint
The Cerocahui Waterfall, often referred to as Cascada de Cerocahui, is a stunning natural wonder. The waterfall cascades down a rugged cliff, creating a picturesque and serene setting that's perfect for photography, nature observation, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
The viewpoint at Cerro del Gallego offers some of the most spectacular panoramic views of the Urique Canyon, one of the deepest canyons in the Copper Canyon system.
🥘 Lunch with a view of Copper Canyon
After this tour, we will go to our hotel to have lunch with a view of the canyons. You will have free time to rest after lunch.

We will stay the night in Divisadero. You will love the rooms as they have views of the Copper Canyon (with a terrace!) In the evening, we will also have a bonfire set for us.
Divisadero/Copper Canyon to Creel
⛰️ Head to Adventure Park
After breakfast at the hotel, we will start our day at the Adventure Park in Copper Canyon. Here, we will get on board the cable car to see amazing views of the Copper Canyon. The cable car is included. If you want to do ziplines, please tell us in advance (extra cost). We will have lunch at a glass restaurant in the park.
🚌 Transfer to Creel
After lunch, we will head to Creel. The van trip will take 3 hours.

We will have dinner at the city of Creel (pizza and artisanal beers). We will spend the night in a bubble hotel in Creel.
🗺️ Creel Town Tour
We will have breakfast in the town of Creel and walk around this small town. Creel is home to the Rarámuri or Tarahumara people, an indigenous group known for their distinctive culture, traditions, and remarkable endurance running abilities. You will learn about their way of life, crafts, and customs. You will have time for shopping at this time.

The valleys around Creel, like the Valley of the Monks (Valle de los Monjes), Valley of the Frogs (Valle de las Ranas), and Valley of the Mushrooms (Valle de los Hongos), are renowned for their extraordinary rock formations. These natural sculptures, shaped by wind and water over millennia, create a landscape that is both surreal and breathtaking.

After breakfast in Creel, we will go to the station and take the train to El Fuerte. We need to be on board by 8:00 AM. Arrival in El Fuerte is at 3:35 PM. Enjoy the views, drink and eat on board the train!
